Custom Rods. Gary will have his site up and running
in the next couple of weeks. Gary has been in the
custom rod business for over 25 years and he has
personally built 20,000 rods and has many world
records on his equipment. Gary has been busy pushing
the development of trout speys and has his own
line of spey rods. Gary’s integrated fighting
grip are the most functional I have seen. Gary
has also designed a reel that ranks among the very
best and he played and integral role in developing
some beautiful and functional aluminum boats. Over
the last 25 years Gary has put thought into every

Steve Godshall is a highly recommended Rogue River or Klamath
River Guide. I would call Steve the galloping gourmet of
the guide business. You will get one of the best meals you
have ever eaten complete with red checkered table cloth.
Steve is also an excellent instructor who loves trout speys
and builds plenty of rods on the side. Steve helps with
all the technical questions at Beulah and is able to break
the art of fly fishing down into pennies and grain weight
so we can understand what we built and how to line it. is.
Steve has many inventions of his own and you may want to
take one of his trips to get one of his famous trout tools
and to find out more about Steve’s wet sauce and dry
sauce.
